I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you so very much for all the assistance you gave me with the removal of 3 credit defaults that were listed on my credit file.
I must admit, prior to getting in contact with you I was quite sceptical about the whole issue surrounding credit removal as I had spent some time researching the topic online.
I was initially given your company details by my mortgage broker as I was looking to buy an investment property and was surprised by how helpful and friendly both you and your staff were.
I was always updated on the progress of my file and you were never too busy to take my call.
Your previous testimonials online generally referred to mobile phone provider listings being removed so I was shocked to find after a short time you were able to remove all 3 of my credit defaults, 2 of which were not with a phone provided but rather a major bank and a clearout.

I had recently been to my bank to apply for a home loan and was declined due to a default on my credit file. I was aware of an issue I had with a telecommunications company some time ago where a payment had been missed while I was out of the country, but I had paid this immediately upon my return.  The bank would not tell me what the default was but said it could affect my ability to borrow for up to five years, I was devastated. I called a few mortgage brokers and explained my situation but no one seemed willing to help.  A colleague suggested I call We Fix Credit. With one call I was able to find out the problem was that the telecommunications company had listed a default and although I had paid this, the fact it was noted on my credit file was enough to stop me getting a loan. I could not believe the telecommunication company had done this to me.

I had been receiving very distressful calls at home from a debt collection agency asking me to pay a bill that I new nothing about.  I told them I didn’t know what they were talking about but they were very rude and said if I didn’t pay they would start legal action.  A few weeks later I received a knock on the door and was given some papers.
